Fish Pudding Recipe




Ingredients

1 lb white fish
4 oz fresh white breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 level tsp pepper
1 tsp chopped parsley
2 eggs, beaten
2 oz melted margarine
about 3 tbsp browned breadcrumbs

Method

1 Chop the fish into small pieces after removing skin and bones.
2 Mix together the fish, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parsley.
3 Add the beaten eggs and melted fat.
4 Press into a cake tin, greased and sprinkle with browned
breadcrumbs.
5 Cover with greased paper and bake for 45 minutes in a moderate
oven, 350 degrees.
6 Serve hot with parsley or egg sauce.
