2 lb cassava
1 lb minced meat or chicken

1 Wash meat and marinate with salt to taste, the black pepper, onion and

5 Shred a quarter of the carrot, then cut the rest into julienne strips.
6 Saute meat with corn and shredded carrot. Put some cassava in pie dish
then spread the meat over the cassava. Cover with remaining cheese, then
the remainder of the cassava. Pour the cheese sauce over.
7 Arrange carrot strips on top. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for
20 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
