3/4 oz egg custard powder
1 pt milk
2 oz sugar or to taste
1 Blend custard powder with a little cold milk.
2 Whisk egg and sugar together.
3 Heat the rest of the milk and add to the blended custard powder.
4 Return to pan and cook until mixture boils. Remove from heat.
5 Add boiled mixture to beaten egg and sugar immediately, stirring all the
time. Add flavoring.
6 Cool and freeze.
