1 lb cooked fish
1/2 pt white sauce or parsley sauce
a little lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped herbs
1 lb cooked yams or eddoes, mashed
1 oz margarine
cooked pumpkin to garnish
1 Remove bones and skin from fish.
2 Flake and mix the fish with the sauce, lemon juice, herbs and salt
and pepper to taste. Place mixture in a greased pie dish.
3 Cover with mashed yams. Dot with small pats of margarine.
4 Arrange pumpkin around the dish.
5 Bake for 20 minutes in a moderately hot oven, 375 degrees.
