Ginger Sauce Recipe


1 oz grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 oz sugar
1/4 pt water
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 slices sweet pickles
1 tbsp cornflour


1 Put all the ingredients except the cornflour in a saucepan and boil
for 5 minutes.
2 Blend the cornflour in a little water, then stir into the sauce and
simmer for a few minutes until cooked.

Serves 4
