Melted Butter Sauce Recipe


1 oz butter
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 pt fish stock
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 wiri-wiri peppers, chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley


1 Melt butter in pan and fry tomato lightly.
2 Add stock, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste and wiri-wiri.
Heat thoroughly.
3 Remove from heat. Stir in chopped parsley.
4 Serve hot.
