Mince and Vegetables Recipe


1 lb minced beef
2 tbsp fat
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp chopped herbs
2 tbsp savory sauce
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp stock
vegetables such as cabbage, pakchoy and bora


1 Season meat to taste.
2 Fry meat in fat. Add onion, herbs, sauce and ketchup.
3 Add stock and vegetables and simmer until vegetables are tender.

Serves 8
