Rum Sauce Recipe


2 tbsp rum
1/4 pt water
1 oz sugar
1 tsp arrowroot


1 Simmer rum, water and sugar for 7-10 minutes.
2 Strain the liquid.
3 Blend arrowroot with a tablespoon of cold water to a smooth paste.
4 Add hot liquid to paste. Return to the pan and boil for 3 minutes.
