2 lb sweet potatoes
6 oz lasagna
herbs to taste
2 sweet peppers
1/2 pt milk
2 egg yolks
8 oz cheese, grated
parsley and sweet pepper to garnish
1 Boil sweet potatoes and lasagna until tender.
2 Cut carrot thinly, chop herbs, sweet pepper and onion.
3 Cream sweet potatoes with milk and egg yolks.
4 Grease casserole dish and arrange creamed sweet potatoes,
lasagna, carrots, onion, sweet peppers and herbs.
5 Sprinkle cheese on top. Place casserole dish in oven, bake for
20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
6 Garnish with parsley and sweet pepper.
